It is with this background that Bill offers Ownership Ladder. Using his mindset techniques and learned life skills he attained a dignified retirement.  You can save for retirement, or you can create retirement. Which would you prefer?


During his thirty-two years as a business owner, Bill grew a company specializing in highly customized retirement, health and welfare benefits and business planning for client companies and their employees.


In 2017 Bill retired and relocated to Texas after closing the internal Ownership Ladder sale of his company. Following more than a year of taking stock, reflection, and fun, Bill created Ownership Ladder to share the mindset and life expertise to help potential intrapreneurs to the life they have been dreaming about.


Bill used the techniques and strategies he talks about in the book to build this resume. You’ll notice it doesn’t include a college name or degree anywhere. That is because it is possible to learn highly technical and difficult ideas without a college of the typical sort. That doesn’t mean one can learn it without expert educational resources.


Bill was considered a leader in his field. In addition to deep retirement plan expertise, he was a pioneer in consumer driven health care benefit financing. Major publications have featured his thoughts and he was a regular speaker at industry conferences.
